Awesome service they changed out my window, the even reset my mounted GPS , oil service sticker, mirror and even my security sensor. Strongly recommend them.
We were broken into while staying in Redding. Dawn was so friendly and gave us a great quote on driver's side window. She was helpful and was willing to go the extra mile. We didn't stay in Redding an extra day for the glass, but they did cover our window with crash protective plastic which unfortunately lasted only 20 miles. I feel lucky to have discovered this company. I shattered my rear camper shell window. The camper shell dealer said it would take a month for the part to arrive. Platinum Auto Glass fixed it quickly and for a reasonably price.

..........I'VE BOUGHT several windshields over the past few years and Platinum Has always been Great...today Ted showed up to repair a rock chip I got yesterday. Ted had me call my insurance and they took care of the rest ZERO out of pocket expense. The chip was smack dab in the middle and by the time Ted finished I couldn't tell I had a chip at all. They replaced my glass for a fraction of what others had quoted me, plus they were so friendly and helpful. There was glass all over my car from the window being broken out by a rock and they vacuumed everything up. They also have a shuttle service to take you where you need to go. Highly recommend!
Replacement of my windshield went without a hitch. Called for a quote, no pressure. Got other quotes and Platinum was definitely reasonably priced. They set up a time for next day, got the windshield overnight. Greeted by a couple of ladies who made sure we got WiFi logon while waiting. Ran across the street and got an UGLY Burger. Came back and it was done. Painless! Great job. Only complaint is maybe a Greeting at the door and a how can we help you.
My experience with Platinum was amazing. Needed my back window to my van repaired because the molding was shot. Was told to bring it in just so they could look at it to see if the window needed replaced or if they could just replace the molding. They ended up repairing the molding right then and they did it FOR FREE. Seriously everyone there was incredibly nice and attentive. Would give them 10 stars if I could and will be recommending them to family and friends.
